Spotlight Projects: Rockaway Beach, Pacifica, CA

This Rockaway Beach house in Pacifica, California had an unusable front yard that created a drainage issue for the owners. We re-graded the space, pushed back the slope and designed a stucco retaining wall to create a flat lawn area and small garden. To take advantage of open space and creek views in the rear yard, we redesigned a multi-tiered deck that stepped down to a lawn area and garden.
